A few years ago, my mom was diagnosed with cancer. The stress and fear of almost losing her hit me so hard that my own health collapsed — my hair was falling out, I was in and out of the hospital, I was burned out, overwhelmed, and nothing we tried seemed to help.
That’s when I realized something had to change. There had to be a better way.
Along the way, we found incredible health and wellness providers who helped us turn our lives around. I changed my habits, nutrition, stress levels, mindset, and overall lifestyle. My mom healed from cancer, and I finally got my health and my life back.
Those businesses impacted us so deeply — and still do — that they became the exact people I’ve committed my career to supporting.
